The modular operating room, as the core component of this solution, adopts a fully prefabricated construction model. All functional units, including walls, ceilings, cleanroom air conditioning, power and communication lines, medical gas terminals, and surgical information systems, are standardized and pre-tested in the factory. On-site assembly can be quickly completed using standardized connectors. Compared to traditional operating rooms, this model significantly reduces the construction cycle while completely avoiding the pollution risks caused by cross-construction on-site, achieving standardized control throughout the construction process. Coupled with an intelligent environmental monitoring system, it can real-time regulate key parameters such as indoor temperature, humidity, and pressure differential, providing a safe and stable clean environment for various complex surgical procedures.

As a key enclosure component of the clean space, the cleanroom door series has been comprehensively optimized for the high-frequency use and stringent disinfection requirements of medical scenarios. The door body is manufactured using a one-piece molding process, and the seamless structural design eliminates the hiding place for dust and bacteria at the source. The surface uses a highly weather-resistant antibacterial coating, which can withstand high-frequency wiping with medical disinfectants and ultraviolet disinfection for a long time, effectively inhibiting the adhesion and growth of pathogens. The airtight door frame, combined with a dedicated EPDM sealing strip, can form a tight air barrier when closed, ensuring a stable pressure differential between the clean area and the buffer zone and preventing cross-contamination. The cleanroom wall panels adopt a brand-new prefabricated modular structure. The panels are made of high-strength antibacterial cleanroom board with a smooth, dense surface that is not prone to dust accumulation and is highly corrosion-resistant. They can withstand repeated wiping with various medical disinfectants over a long period. Special sealing technology is used at the joints to ensure a seamless wall surface with no unsanitary corners, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance. The wall panels utilize a lightweight, high-strength keel support system, eliminating the need for on-site welding. Assembly is rapid using standardized connectors, significantly improving construction efficiency while reducing on-site construction safety risks. Furthermore, the wall panels possess excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the cleanroom air conditioning system and helping medical institutions achieve green and energy-saving operations.
